Following in the tradition of Autumn Wings working decoys these items are hand carved and hand painted in the style of our traditional hunting decoys. Given the price of antique wood decoys these days it's difficult to assemble much of a collection of the tools of our trade. While these miniature replicas have never seen the water or have been seasoned by shot they are a faithful reminder of waterfowling times gone by. And much more cost effective to collect than the originals!

Our flying miniature carvings are designed to convey the excitement of the passage of waterfowl close enough that you hear those wings of autumn. These are sculpture pieces really and look excellent as a 3D addition to a wall mounted waterfowling print or by adding some movement to a shelf or desk top. For the first subject of this series we chose a formation of stately canvasback. Maybe as homage to Autumn Wings creators Stan & Jim's first meeting on the shores of legendary Lake Christina in pursuit of these fine birds.

Canvasback Trio - $69.00

Reminds one of the moment of truth as a flock of cans flashes by the decoy spread. Two bull cans and one hen measure 6”-7” wingspreads. The trio is configurable to work equally well hung on the wall or displayed on the shelf.

Rustic wood shadow box suitable for display on a shelf or hung on the wall. Remember the decoys in Gramps’ shed? Here they are! The set includes six different 4” long mini-decoys patterned after antique hunting blocks. Superb detailing includes keels, line, and tiny weights.
